Admission
- Kodai lqra Nursery & Primary School The application forms are available at the school office and the same can be obtained on payment of Rs.100/.

The duly filled forms have to be submitted at the school office with the following
documents.
1. Transfer Certificate from previous school if any.
2. Original Birth Certificate (if Transfer Certificate is not submitted).
3. Address proof of parents.
4. Passport size photographs – 4 Nos.
5. Aadhaar copy of the child or parents.
6. Community certificate of the child, if not Parents.
- The last date for submission of application is specified on the envelope.
- The admissions to Pre KG will be considered if there are reasonable inquiries for the same.
- For admission to other classes, the following procedure will be followed. On submission of the form the name of the child will be registered in the list of applicants. grade 3 & above children thus registered will take a written test / interview on the date specified. only those students who are selected in the test / interview will be given admission. Registration alone does not guarantee admission. The list of selected students will be announced on the school notice board or will be informed individually.
- After receipt of confirmation regarding the admission, the fee needs to be paid immediately.
- If the admission is withdrawn by the parents at any time, after payment of the fee, the fee paid will not be refunded.

The school reserves the absolute right to withdraw the admission of any child at any
time during the academic year for reasons such as below and in such an event the fee
will not be refunded.
1. Repeated indiscipline or serious breach of conduct.
2. Failure to observe the rules and regulations of the school.

The minimum age for admission to various classes are as below :

Fee Structure
- Admission fee : Rs. 500/-. This is to be paid once only while admission.

2. Term II – To be paid before 5th of October.
3. Term III -To be paid before 5th of January. -
